EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR HELPSMITH

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity) and Divcom Software (referred to
as "copyright holder"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not
install, copy, or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

HELPSMITH UNREGISTERED COPIES
HelpSmith is distributed as "try-before-you-buy" software. Anyone may use this
software during an evaluation period of 30 days. Following this test period, the
user must purchase a license to continue using the software.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use HelpSmith on
as many computers as defined by the licensing terms according to the number of
licenses purchased, for any legal purpose. A legally registered license may not
be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in its entirety, if the
person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is an
update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

SINGLE-USER (PER SEAT) LICENSES
You may install and use the enclosed SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one computer to design,
develop, and test help files and documentation in supported output formats.
Installation on a second computer, such as a laptop, is permitted if it is
guaranteed that you are the exclusive user of both computers and the same
license is not used on more than one computer at the same time.

MULTIPLE-USER (FLOATING) LICENSES
You may install and use the enclosed SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a server to design,
develop, and test help files and documentation in supported output formats. Use
of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is limited by the number of floating licenses purchased.
Only one user per floating license may use the software at the same time.

USAGE OF THE PRODUCT
There are NO additional license fees, except the cost of the license, associated
with creation and distribution of help files and documentation with HelpSmith.
Legally registered users may use their copies of HelpSmith to produce and
distribute help files and documentation in any supported output format free of
any additional fees.

LICENSE KEY
The license key received after the registration to unlock the unregistered copy
of HelpSmith may not be distributed. Distribution of the license key may result
in blocking and/or termination of the corresponding license(s).

DISTRIBUTION TERMS
The HelpSmith unregistered copy may be freely distributed with exceptions noted
below, provided the distribution package is not modified:
a. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of HelpSmith
without written permission from the copyright holder.
b. The software may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without
written permission from the copyright holder.
c. Hacks/crack, keys or key generators may not be included to the same
distribution.

RESTRICTIONS
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or
any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
Any such unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination of
this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HelpSmith is distributed AS IS. No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied.
You use this software at your own risk. The copyright holder will not be liable
for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or
misusing this software.

Installing and using HelpSmith signifies acceptance of these terms and
conditions of the license. All rights not expressly granted in this license are
reserved by the copyright holder.
